Hi All,

I would like to add the company Terms and Conditions to a GP Report in Report Writer.

Can anyone help me?

ChKumar,

Press Ctrl + B on your keyboard to view the Toolbox in Report Writer. Then click the A in the toolbar to activate the Static Text - kind of similar to paint - you can then put the cursor where you want to type in the terms and conditions.

Hi Heather,

But this text box has limited number of characters.

I want to know if there is any other way to enter large amount of text.

As you know Terms & Conditions will have large amount of text.

Using report writer, I would have to say no. If you use the Word Template then yes. Mariano Gomez wrote a great blog post on how to go about it.
