Hi all,

Does anyone know if you need to license the Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales and Customer Service apps to use the Dynamics 365 Financial Services Accelerator?

Hi Lance - The Financial Services Accelerator is a packaged solution that incorporates demo pieces of each app to enable the Financial Services scenarios. As a benefit the solution is designed to make it easy to extend/grow to customer needs.

In order to expand on the solution provided you would need to license the Customer Engagement applications to use the full potential of the Financial Services Accelerator, but OOTB it is akin to a trial.
