Attract = All applications must be removed from the job before it can be deleted

I'm trying to delete 3 old test jobs I created on Attract. But every time I try to delete the posts I get the following message:

All applications must be removed from the job before it can be deleted.

But there are no applicants linked to the Job.

    Hi,

    Did you check the filter on the applicants?

    Before you can delete the job, all closed applicants needs to be removed as well.

    Thanks. No option to remove/delete the applicants;

    The only alternative option I see is to delete the data directly from the CDS.

    - Deleting the applicants should result in a removed relation between the Job and the Applicants;

    - FYI: I have not tested this yet.

    Okay, I just went ahead and tested this in my test environment, and i was able to delete the job.

    What I've done:

    - Removed all the relations between the candidate and the job via the CDS;

    - Deleted the Job directly from Attract;

    As a result.. all my history and data is actually deleted and can't be found anymore (but I assume that's your goal):

    Log in to the CDS: and open the data entities where you want to delete the data from:

    Select the line you need to be removed, delete from excell and click Publish:

    pastedimage1562587587894v2.png

    This will result in deleting data:

    Applicants will be removed from the applicant list in Attract:

    Final step is to remove the applicant from this list (data entity = Job Application Status):

    Once that's done, you can remove the job:

    Hi Emmanual,

    Did you manage to solve the issue?

    If so, could you mark the questions as answered? This would help me a lot.

    Thanks,

    Erik
