Missing Transaction Header IV30200 record and SEE30303 record

Good Morning All,

We encountered an inventory transfer where posting was interrupted. Although the transaction successfully posted to the General Ledger, our investigation shows that the IV30200 (Transaction History Header) record appears to have been deleted.
I reviewed the following tables to confirm whether the transaction remained in the work tables or moved to history:

IV10000 – Unposted/Work Transactions (Header): No record found
IV10001 – Unposted/Work Transactions (Line Detail): No record found
IV30200 – Transaction History (Header): No record found
- Due to the missing header record, the transaction was not recorded in SEE30303 (ivHITBDetail)
IV30300 – Transaction Amounts History (Line Detail): Record found
IV30301 – Transaction Amounts Detail History: Record found

At this point, I am considering inserting the missing header record into IV30200 (Transaction History Header). However, I am unsure how to properly insert the corresponding record into SEE30303 (ivHITBDetail) so that it is reflected correctly in the Historical Inventory Trial Balance report.
Currently, the on-hand quantity is 16, while the HITB shows 24, indicating the missing transfer transaction of 8 units.
Any guidance on how to properly restore this transaction in both the history and HITB tables would be greatly appreciated.
