Scheduling Dynamics CRM Update

Hi, I have to update my Dynamics 365. I would update first a test istance and after the other istances

My question is: When I schedule the update I update All organization? 

and If only the istance selected is updated the rest of the organization will be locked during the updating?

    Hi,

    no, you can schedule the update indepedently in the Dynamics Admin center. I won't affect the other instances.

    I.e. you always can use your prod on CRM2016 and test Dyn365 on your sandbox instance without having any problem between the instances.
