Using microsoft dynamics 365 crm online version
Can we make the email auto flash on screen to send on specific date as my operation dept want email to send on specific date auto matically with report attached so if the email is prompt automatically they can attach report and send

I am absolutely agree with Wei and Aric.
Yes you can proceed with custom entity and view in a dashboard.
Just to add if there is any specific condition to auto flash on a particular date in that case you can define the condition in your first workflow to create the email. For sending email you can implement another on demand workflow.

If I understand you correct, I am with Wei.
There is no supported way or existing feature to do this out of the box in CRM.
As recommended, I would probably create a view that is displayed on an Home Page Dashboard that shows all the emails that are supposed to be sent out on a particular day. You can create an On-Demand Workflow to send them out, so that you can do it in bulk if necessary (after the report is attached), but besides this, I don't think there is an automated way of doing it.

if i didn't get wrong, on specific date, you want crm system to show up the email on screen when your user log in to CRM and they will attach the report and send.
As far as i know, there is not such feature. but perhaps you can
1. Design a custom email view for this, show the record if the specific date is today.
2. Ask your user to pin the email entity and the custom email view or show as chart or in
dashboard.
3. Create a custom entity to store the configuration such as the "specific date", email
message and etc.
4. Create a tool to automatically create the email message based on the configuration above.
