Dynamics Sales Integration with Business Central

Hi,

Can we integrate two companies in business central with two different business units in dynamics crm? Or do we need to have two different URL (databases)?

Hi,

Regarding your reference to Dynamics Sales integration with Business Central this issue is supported!

According to the official Microsoft documentation, by integrating Business Central with Dynamics 365 Sales, you can provide that insight to salespeople. The integration will allow users to view information in Business Central while working in Dynamics 365 Sales.

The documentation also mentions an important piece of information
If you are integrating Dynamics Sales and Business Central for the first time, you must do so through Dataverse.
If you upgrade or close the Dynamics 365 Sales integration, to open it again you must connect through Dataverse.

Hi,

I don't think if you can do this in out of the box integration but you should be able to do that using custom integration where you can have business unit setup in account from BC. so you need to make sure you have business unit setup in CRM based on the Business central (I am assuming there will be table in BC for business unit)
