I have an internet connection problem when trying to install email router on my CRM server (Offline).
The reason i have Offilne version is due to secutiry issues.

I did the setup but no mails were send out to exchange server ( when using workflow) that is why i got the idea for a router install.

Just to make sure...my crm version is 2016.

If you want to install the router without internet then make sure all the prerequisites(link given by HIMBAP) are installed on your server which is required for the router installation.
Because if you were connected to internet all the files will be downloaded automatically during installation.
