Bulk Sales Order Deletion

Hey,

We got some sales orders that we do not want anymore and do not need anything from it.  Besides deleting one by one when I try to select more in the SO list and select let's say 5 orders..my delete button goes gray.  I even have SUPER permission rights, their has to be a way to bulk delete sales orders?

    Hi

    That is a default behavior of BC. You cannot batch delete SO in BC. I saw SaaS or on-prem users did small development for this.  

    Another question: are these SO shipped and invoiced or the customer does not want them anymore? If SO has been shipped and invoice you can use Deleted Invoiced Sales Order.

    Hi,

    In Business central there is no standard process to delete multiple not invoiced sales order. You need to go for customization.

    Creating a action which will delete the multiple selected SO.

    There is a "Delete Invoiced Sales Orders" function (in BC14 and older versions any way) that will batch delete sales orders that have been invoiced complete.
