    Hi Mohammed,

Are these ISV packages that you have deployed into your environment? If you don't have the source code for these models, you won't be able to select them for build.

I have manually applied those module from deployable package on my VM by following this

(Install an application (AOT) deployable package on a development environment)

    docs.microsoft.com/.../install-deployable-package

If you install a deployable package, you don't have source code for those modules, and therefore can't (and don't need to) build them.

If you have deployed the packages directly, then it won't contain the source code. If you import the axmodel files for these packages, you will be able to select them for build. You can follow this link to do the same,

You will need to uninstall these packages first though. You can follow this link for that.

I don't think you can. Are these models customized by you? In that case, you should have them in your VSTS repository.

You can get axmodel from LCS if someone uploaded the model in Asset library in the Models section.

But you can't get model from deployable package.

If it's your code, you can get it from Azure DevOps (source control).

Any particular reason you are doing a full compilation of everything? That should really never be necessary for most people. This is not like 2012 - in F&O each module is it's on DLL. Additionally, you can't change standard code so there's no point in recompiling it.
