Hi,
From code you need to perform two things:
1 - Create the folder under Sharepoint Site Collection that you are using, directly on SharePoint. Notice that for this creation on SharePoint you need to consume the SharePoint Web Services, not Dynamics CRM.
2 - Create a Document Location and set the account or contact on that document location to be related. You need to create the path on CRM by using document locations. You can do this by using Dynamics CRM SDK. Is worth to know how document locations first works on Dynamics CRM.

Hi,
When creating an account or contact record on Dynamics CRM, it will not create the folder (for that records) on SharePoint, you need to navigate to Documents area first.
