Cannot print Standard SSRS report using print management

Hello eveyrone, i am facing an issue where i try to print the standard format of the sales order report using print management and i keep getting the following error:
i double checked the report in visual studio and the parameter documenttitle is showing fine.
anyone can help why? thats the standard report design attached in the print management

    Hi ERP Developer, (I think I am one as well , lol).
     
     

    This seems to be an application update issues. It appears that Microsoft had added a new parameter to the report and refresh was not done.

    If you are not in the latest version of the application, you should upgrade, else raise a support ticket with MS.

    Do you have any customization on this report? I recently upgraded my system with 10.0.39 and didnt found  any such issues. Also is this issue with one environemnt or UAT as well.

    Yes there is a customization on this report. custom report is printing fine. but standard isnt, also my version is 10.0.39. i dont think its related to version
