Data event activate error : Exception while trying to get Virtual Entity metadata for entity

Using Dynamics cloud-hosted environment that has Power Platform integration enabled and environment linked .

I have enabled both Vendor2Entity and Customer2Entity virtual entities (i can see the records in dataverse tables) . I have checked that virtual entity metadata is configured too.

When I go to Business event catalog -> Data event catalog, and try to activate the creation data events for any of those entities  I get the following error: "Business events activation has been cancelled", "Exception while trying to get Virtual Entity metadata for entity"

Checking the event log this is what I get always:

Exception when trying to get Virtual Entity metadata for entity: VendVendorV2Entity
exceptionMessage Response status code does not indicate success: 400 ({"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"Expected aud securityservice.operations365.dynamics.com but found ."}).

Any clue to follow ? Thanks in advance

    Hi viaminds,

Configuration of finance and operations apps virtual entities in Dataverse is a prerequisite for enabling the virtual entities. You may check if the configurations are correct. For step-by-step information about how to configure finance and operations apps virtual entities in Dataverse, see Configure Dataverse virtual entities.

First of all, thank you  for the answer Judy . As per the documentation and the link that you are mentioning , you don´t need to configure the app registration if you linked the Power Platform environment in the LCS deployment .

In any case , I configured it anyway to try but no success

The only reference that I found to get some clue is one comment in this post : www.powerazure365.com/.../dynamics-365-finance-operations-data-event-catalog

It seems that it might be related to Tier 1 environment ?
