GP 2013 R2 - Workflow 2.0 related Navigation Lists not showing any results: i.e.Purchase Orders Pending Approval

We upgraded from GP 2013 to GP 2013 R2 and have successfully gotten Workflow 2.0 working in a test environment, but when I click on the Purchasing Navigation List / Purchase Order Transactions, then either Purchase Orders Not Submitted or the Purchase Orders Pending Approval lists, I get no results.  I very clearly have many test PO's that fit both of those criteria.  I've tried changing the filters and get no results.  I've setup the new roles per the upgrade instructions, and that didn't help; and also this even happens with my "sa" user.  Any one run into this and have some guidance?

    Thanks for the reply.  Shame they will not be fixing 2013 R2.  I will definitely make use of the SQL you provided though.

    Hi Jeff,  Yes I actually setup a case with MS  and here is the reply I got.  (The workaround changing the filter criteria did not work for me.)

    "There is a Quality Report on this, # 85865 - PO Pending Approval Nav List Doesn't Display Data. While the write up does not have the exact specifics, it does appear that some Customers encounter this issue, and some do not ( I do not with my Fabrikam data ). It seems to be related to the upgrade path taken to get to the GP2013 R2 build.

    This is currently scheduled for resolution in R3 for GP2015. Unfortunately, there are no plans for a fix for GP2013.

    One possible workaround could be to change the Nav List filter to "Where Workflow Approval Status *is not* Pending Approval". If you change this, do you have POs show up?

    There is also a possible SQL query listed as a potential workaround:

    SELECT A.PONUMBER, I.WorkflowTaskAssignedTo

    FROM dbo.WFI10002 N

    JOIN dbo.POP10100 A ON N.WfBusObjKey = A.PONUMBER

    JOIN dbo.WFI10004 I ON N.WorkflowInstanceID = I.WorkflowInstanceID

    WHERE A.Workflow_Status = '4'

    that may work for you. "
