Customer Service Multisession - Navigation

Hi 
I'm trying to add navigation to the customer service api. In hub mode all working fine but this navigation not showing in Multisession app, even if in edit app mode this navigation is added and visible.

Could yu please advise how to add tion in mutli session of customer service ?

    Hi Partner,
    Unfortunately, it seems that it is by-design.
    Unlike other apps, multi-session apps can work on up to nine sessions, and they can have up to 10 tabs open in a single session.
    So agents can view multiple pages through switching these sessions and tabs seamlessly without losing context of the in-progress work.
    --Based on this design, so the function of Recent as well as Pin record is cancelled.

    Thank you for answer, there is any another way to display last agent activity ? 
    Expectation for BU is to allow users to see last 10 activities. (case modify, task.....)
