There are several orders in error due to customers not existing. However, they should, and it would seem that an update on 5/4/23 has removed them as customers, this is the below screenshot of one such customer which is now appearing in the ‘Customers – Errors’ tile
This is an archived B2B order which confirms they were previously a customer in Dynamics:

Hi Nezuko - First of all this seems to be a partner-developed integration/customization which was built to cater very specific needs of a particular business inside Business Central.
I would suggest reach out to your Partner/CSP who developed this customization for you and they should be able to tell you why a particular customer was deleted and how to overcome this error. The reason why the community may not be able to assist you E2E is because the source code of this whole customization is private to only your partner and is not a publicly available information
