What is you error message. Can you give more detail?

Unfortunatly, there isnt much to share.

I get a very non-descript 'An Error Has Occured' message, after trying to publish. It is a partner hosted service, so im not able to look at any logs etc directly, or increase the error log detail, if such a thing exists (assume it does). The service partner who im using has escalated the support request into microsoft and has provided traces etc - but so far, no response. Its look increasingly like i need to re-write the workflows in question.

I have other workflows that are working fine, and i can create new ones no problem. I have not made any changes to referred entities or attributes, and the workflow creation process is so long winded, i'm relucatant to re-author them. (Please someone make an offline editor !) :)

Thanks.
I have not made any changes to referred entities or attributes
This means that you are sure that all the referenced entities exist?

Example:
Say you have a Send Email step.
You configure the email to be sent as "Administrator" (GUID=91911ca2-4d73-dd11-8908-0003ff867aa5 on DEV machine)
Now you want to publish the workflow on another server and the Administrator user has a different GUID there.

Result: The workflow will not publish.

So make sure all the Lookup fields have a valid enitiy referenced. Maybe this is your problem. Hope it helped.

Regards,

Kenny
