Error when deleting Project Item requirement created from PPO

Hi,
Ax version: AX 2012 R3 CU13
A new customer, new contract and new project in USMF is created
In Inventory management parameters, Automatic Reservation is disabled.
The Item requirement is marked in Project Parameters. Consumption is unmarked.
A new Project PO is created, Confirmed and Product receipt posted.
When posting product receipt, Ax asks for 'Consumption' and 'No' was selected.
When Project Item requirement is deleted, AX throws error.

When Posting GRN, item on-hand inventory will be in 'Available reserved'.
By deleting Item requirement, the item on-hand inventory will now be in 'Available physical'.

Earlier I was able to delete the project item requirement with PPO created & GRN posted for existing projects with the same Item number.

    Hello Ram,

The message says that the relationship between the PO and the item requirement prevents you from deleting the item requirement.

This linkage is made in the other tab of the item requirement if I am not wrong.

As you have already confirmed the PO and posted the PO product receipt you won't be able to get the PO and consequently the item requirement deleted.

If the PO and product receipt posting was wrong you have to record a correction transaction to get this resolved.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
