Regarding "System User" entity in CRM

Is there a way to make it email templates to go to the CRM users and it should be tracked (displayed under user's activity pane inside CRM) under their user account (on system user form).? I mean, creating email activity by making user as "Regarding". It is something like Activities on User entity.

    Hi,

     you would have to enable activities on the user entity, but that option is disabled, at least in Dynamics 365 (it's probably the same in 2015/2016). So no, you can't do it.
