
The customer portal is a Power Apps portals template that allows companies to create a collaboration and communication experience via an externally facing website for B2B scenarios that is connected to a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management environment. Enterprise customers can view order status, order history, and other account information. Customer portal was originally a feature in Dynamics AX 2012 that did not carry over into Dynamics 365.
