Relationship assistance and hierarchy security

Hi all

We've recently started to make better use of the relationship assistant in Dynamics and is proving to be quite popular with our sales team, which is always good.  However our managers see all action cards, such as Opportunity closing soon, for all of their sales team.  We make use of the manager hierarchy security model in Dynamics and can confirm that this causes the cards for managers seeing their team's cards.  I've tried making Action Card an excluded entity in the hierarchy settings but this had no effect on whether or not cards are displayed.  Before I raise a ticket with Microsoft about this, does anybody know if this is expected behaviour?  Ideally we'd like managers to just see their own action cards, not their team's.

Luke

    Hi Luke,

Might be a silly question - but did you check what permissions are given on the security roles on the "Action Card" and related entities.

Should be available under core records.

    Hi Rawish

Yes, they're all set to User level.  I'm a system admin so have organization level access for everything and only see other action cards when I'm set to be somebody's manager.

Hi Luke and Rawish! Have you had any further development on this? I have the same issue in my organization.
