
One of my clients has a tech engineer from their own domain that wants to engage within our dynamics 365 customer service hub. I have been able to enable his license and he can login to the domain.crm.dynamics.com interface. The question is, is there a way that the guest user engage with emails, appointments,etc through dynamic while logged in from his guest account?
