when i am open the system,it gives COULD NOT CONNECT TO DATABASE

reboot, make sure SQL server service is running...
else restart it. or reboot and wait before opening app

Thank you for your question. I suggest in Store Operations Administrator under File/ Configuration testing the database connection. Does this bring back any errors?
