Init fields from employee

Hello guys! I have a custom form in D365 f&o that has employee ID, name, phone and email fields. Now, on the basis of Employee ID (if i select employee Id in my custom form), it should auto populate all other fields in that form from standard from HcmWorker. 
Which method should I override in my custom form to achieve this?

    try to override modified method on datasource.

    Hi,
     
    You can add your code to the modified method of the Id field on the data source, but I have one question, why you added the same fields (name, phone and email fields) on your table? you can add relation between your table and HcmWorker and only retrieve your data on the form without needing to refill new fields on your custom table?
