If you are a GP user and have a maintenance plan are we entitled to SQL Server Standard Edition 2014 for GP. If so does anyone have the link so I can download SQL Server 2014 for GP SE

As Harry says, SQL Server Runtime can be purchased for a nominal cost. However, bear in mind that you can only host Dynamics databases in this version of SQL or you will be in breach of the licence.

It is possible to purchase SQL Server Run Time for a nominal cost from Microsoft as part of your Dynamics GP Licensing. Run Time SQL is particularly useful for small companies, who do not already own SQL, and only need SQL To support Dynamics GP, as the Run Time version does not support and is not intended for use with products other than Dynamics GP.
Once you've purchased the Run Time version of SQL, it will be covered by your maintenance as well. You should be able to obtain pricing and order SQL Server Run Time from your partner.
Dynamics GP and SQL server licenses are not related to each other. Having Dynamics GP doesn’t entitle you for a free SQL Server licence.
In my understanding, GP maintenance plan does not cover SQL Server license. You must have SQL license separately.
