Can you please let us know what an "alias barcode" is; and how it was added to an Item in Headquarters Manager?
If this was adding an Alias, on the Aliases tab of the Item properties, Rick was correct that this would be sent down to the store(s) via a 250 worksheet.
In testing, I added an Alias to an item, created a Worksheet 250, added the item to the Worksheet, approved the worksheet, and connected via HQ Client.
Once the worksheet processed, the Event shows "Created 1 new record(s) in table 'Alias'"
In checking the item in Store Operations Manager, the Alias was showing as expected.
