Hello Team,

There is an extension available that allows received emails with Excel attachments to be processed and their data stored in Business Central.

My requirement is to automate sales order creation in Business Central from Excel attachments received via email.

Hi,

If you are using business central version 26, then use sales order agent (AI agent) to automate sales order creation.

You can refer: Set up Sales Order Agent - Business Central | Microsoft Learn to do configurations.

Additionally, This is also feasible though customizations!

I watched the Sales Order Agent video you shared. We are able to receive the email successfully, but I would like to know how we can read the data from the Excel sheet attached to the email and store in table.
