Vendor colaboration portal no access on version .39

Hello All,

I have problem with Vendor Colaboration portal.
After increase vesrsion to .39 and also on my demo .40
I havent access.
I m not 100% that the reason is improve version to .39 because last time I was used on version .382-3 wk ago
But at this moment in accout witch I had acess I have below information:

Anyone can help, what can be reason ?

Hi ,

Email Address is not in User setting.

Could you check with system admin to set the correct Email Address.

I had same issue because Email Id was in correct.
