How to set up a EU VAT number in Dynamics CRM 2016

Hi,

I am trying to set up a Company approval process in CRM. The biggest challenge is setting up an automatic VAT validation in CRM. Refer the link below. Below is the verification that I want to establish in CRM

http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html

I need to set up two fields in CRM.

1) First field takes member state as input. (Easy)

2) Second field takes VAT number and validates the VAT number with an output Valid/Invalid (No idea how to approach)

You're going to need to either custom-develop an integration to their services: ec.europa.eu/.../technicalInformation.html

Or find an ISV that has already created one and buy their solution.

Either way, It will take a custom plugin or JavaScript to perform that action.
