Hi,I am facing one issue is Microsoft dynamics 365 CRM (Marketing) I run email campaign in that and in that email there is one unsubscribe button.That Button is not working whenever someone clicks on that it shows some kind of error I'm attaching one picture for your reference.kindly assist me to solve this.ThankyouVarun Gandhi

I think it is not the CTA Button with the unsubscribe link it is more likely that the landing page where the unsubscribe form is hosted is facing an issue,
Can you show me the landing page and form for your unsubscribing process?

Please first make sure you have the following setting turned on, which is off by default:
Next, check that your Subscription Center is configured correctly:

Finally, could you tell me if you are using real-time marketing or outbound marketing?
Currently, real-time marketing can use the outbound subscription center, but sometimes problems will happen.
