Error: RMS 2.0 Store operations manager uninitialized database

New store database exported from HQ. Win7 64 bit on new "server" with SQL Express 2008 R2. I receive this error when attempting to start Store Op Mgr 2.0. I am able to connect to database with Store Op Admin. Everything worked with a demo database (backup/restored from one of our stores)  I was testing with.

    Is this the entire error message?  Cannot find anything on this in MS Support or Google.
