How to cancel packingslip

Hi everyone.

I am trying to cancel a packingslip in an old salesorder as i am cleaning up old orders, but both the cancel and correct button is greyed out. Does anyone have a solution for this?

FYI this hasnt been invoiced, but it is set as delivered by a mistake.

I have done this a 1000 before on old orders, but it wont let me do it on this spesific order.

Hi Jahanzeb,

To correct posted packing slips for items that are enabled for WMS, the posting must occur from the load, not from the order. Microsoft has evaluated this issue and has determined that it's a feature limitation.
