BUG Lead fields wipe after qualifying if opportunity is not created

After some testing on different tenants and environments, I have found that on every sales enterprise app lead fields First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Mobile Phone, Email, Company Name, Main Phone, and Website.
Gets wiped after qualified if:

a) opportunity is selected not to be created

b) page is not refreshed after saving the record

Steps to repeat:

Press New button on lead

enter topic, first name, last name, company name

Save the record

Press Button qualify 

Choose not to create opportunity record when popup appears

Currently: first name, last name, company name fields get wiped but account and contact creates normally.

    Hi John,

    It's not a bug, but it's the normal Process.

    When you qualify a lead, The first name and Last name will be converted toa contact and the lead will be converted to opportunity. The company name will be converted to an account.

    You can also create a lead and select an existing contact and / Or an existing account. There are an out of the box fields that you can add them in your form froom the customisations Section.

    yes i know that, but the issue is that from the lead record those fields become empty no longer containing any data making the originating lead field useless as lead wont contain any data about contact or account and I don't think that is normal

    First screenshot i create a lead -> save -> quality -> select not to create opportunity

    Second screenshot lead has been qualified -> blue marked fields wiped from the lead

    3rd picture is an account record it has been created but originating lead shows no name as the fields from the lead were wiped

    If you check the value in Dataverse, what value you find ?

    So if the value is correct here, it's just an issue on displaying data,

    And if you click on the No name, Can you navigate to the originating lead ?

    Hi Mohamed,

    Values are empty in dataverse and yes if I press on No name I can navigate to lead
