After some testing on different tenants and environments, I have found that on every sales enterprise app lead fields First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Mobile Phone, Email, Company Name, Main Phone, and Website.
Gets wiped after qualified if:
a) opportunity is selected not to be created
b) page is not refreshed after saving the record
Steps to repeat:
Press New button on lead
enter topic, first name, last name, company name
Save the record
Press Button qualify
Choose not to create opportunity record when popup appears
Currently: first name, last name, company name fields get wiped but account and contact creates normally.
