Can't save changes to form properties

Hi there,

I'm running into an issue with customizing Account/Contact/Opportunity forms. I can add/remove fields but when I try to edit the properties of a section the changes I make in the properties window won't change once I press Ok (Both in the edit form window and on the actual form after i press Save and Publish).

I'm also experiencing a separate but perhaps related issue where when I am customizing an option field and I try to add an option it won't add when I press Ok.

My user is also has all the security roles assigned.

This issue is related to security update on your machine. check if you installed windows update KB3008923 (it's a IE11 fix). If it exists either uninstall it or install another security update from below url to fix this issue.

If you try same action in Firefox everything should be work fine.
