D365 Asset management - financial dimensions - not taken over from functional location

Hello,

Short description: financial dimension values are not taken over from functional location.

We have set up financial dimensions and linked those to asset management data objects:

- Functional location

- Asset

We have filled dimension values in the FLOC. Below that FLOC we have created 2 assets; Asset #1 with dimension values filled; Asset #2 with dimension values empty.

We then create workorders for Assets #1 and #2. From For both workorders we create purchase orders and book hours. Problem is, for asset #2 (dimensions on asset empty, dimensions on FLOC filled), the financial dimensions are NOT taken over into the PO or the hours journal. For asset #1 the dimensions are taken over.

It looks like the values for the financial dimensions entered on the functional location, are not taken over into the workorder. The dimensions are there, but they are empty.
