CRM Import failed

I tried to import a solution from the sandbox environment(CRM Online) to the production environment(CRM Online) then I keep getting this error I tried to deactivate the workflow but no luck still any help or recommendation will be appreciated.

    The log file should contain for information specific to this issue. Another tab that shows the actual trace?

    Component #29 refers to a workflow.

    There is a missing workflow in your solution file.

    Try to find which workflow it is by using the Guid and add it to your solution

    Url to see which workflow it is:

    yourorganization.crm.dynamics.com/.../edit.aspx

    Paste the Id that you received between the %7b and %7d in the above hyperlink, and replace the url with your organization Url.

    Add those missing workflow to the solution and import again and your problem will be resolved I believe if  not please let me know
