How can I increase inactivity timeout in business central (online version)? If this is not supported, then I like to know any workaround or scripts that I can run to achieve the same.

You have to wait for a solution until MS has a fix....... we are all still waiting

On SaaS you cannot modify settings at server level. There are plans to permit to have access to some server settings per-tenant in the future (and session timeout is one of this) but there's no ETA yet.
