Can`t use tikets in the marketing module in event.

Hello

I configure events in the marketing module.
I am trying to provide a ticket to a contact who registered for the event on the website. But i get error.

And when I open event I get this warning

I think the problem is that the registration count is not processed. All filds that have contain count of user, tikets, ets are empty.

I have not fixed this problem and do not know how to do it. I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Normally, "Check-in count" field should be processed automatically by System.

    I suggest you could open a ticket for better help:

    This error occurs for all sessions. All sessions have a building.

    Pass is active

    My problem is similar to this one. But there is no solution to this

    Have you checked max capacity field of selected session and whether selected pass record is active or existing?
