How do I activate Analytical Accounting. AA is installed but I am unable to process AA using

How do I turn on AA?

Per AA manual, navigation should be Administration - setup - company - AA - SEtup

My Screen comes up but with the checkboxes greyed out.

I have AA in the Set file. 

I checked registration and AA is checked

How do I get the Check boxes activated so I can turn on AA?

    Under Administration > Setup > System > Registration, check to make sure the AA module is registered. If it's not, just check the registration box to activate it.

    This did not resolve the issue.  As I mentioned in my original post, it is already checked.  I included a screenshot

    Open the Analytical Accounting Setup wizard window.

    (Administration >> Setup >> Company >> Analytical Accounting >> Setup)

    The option Create Default Record is marked by default. This option is only available if it has not already been completed.

    2. Choose Next to go to the Selected Option window, or choose Cancel to exit the setup process.

    The tasks that will be performed are displayed in the Selected Option window.

    3. Choose Finish to perform the tasks displayed. An arrow next to a task in the scrolling window indicates the progress of the tasks that are running. As each task is completed, a check mark appears next to it. If any error occurs, an error sign is displayed.

    4. Choose OK to close the window when all the tasks are completed.

    Per support.microsoft.com/.../2687958 it sounds like Analytical Accounting is already initialized. All you need to do is complete the setup.
