Tools for Measuring and Monitoring End User Performance

Hello Dynamics Community,

I am currently working on optimizing the end user experience for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application. To achieve this, we are looking for tools that can measure and monitor the performance from the end user's perspective.

Could anyone recommend tools that are effective in tracking and analyzing end user performance for D365 Finance and Operations? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experiences and best practices on how you have utilized these tools in your organization.

Hy,

there are basically two ways get some insights from application and user experience.

1) application insights which is to applied inside the Azure

Monitoring and telemetry using Application Insights - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

2) is called process mining

you find some ideas how to use it on the blog from André Arnaud de Calavon You searched for process mining - Dynamicspedia

For runtime analyse there is a url addon like "&debug=develop" to get online the duration of the executed menu items.
