Delivery note not visible and wrong

I received 2 items on separate SO – its showing in the Product receipt Journal but not on the Delivery notes not invoiced screen, SO-0314716 Relates to PO-011869 And SO-0311799 Relates to PO-011756. Kindly find the screenshot for your reference.
 
 
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
