Hi!

I am using the new Real Time Scoring Models and I am trying to make a Lead's score decrease when the Lead has been Open X months. I have tried using 'Created on' Is before 'relative date' X months ago.. But I cannot seem to get it to work. Has anyone managed to do this?

 Thank you!

    Hi Megancs,

I think your Lead Score conditions need to look like this:

So the Created on date is on or before 3 months ago (or any other defined period) AND the status is Open.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards,
    Renée

    Hi @RudyZhang,
I am trying to create a lead scoring model in real time marketing. One of the conditions has to be that the score decreases after time because newer leads are more valuable than older leads. Eg. if a lead has been in the system and (status=open) for 1 month - subtract 1 point. If the lead has been in the system (status=open) for 2 motnhs - subtract 2 points, if the lead has been in the system (status=open) for 3 months - subtract 3 points.  This makes sure that the older the lead is, the less points it will have,

How can I set up a condition in the scoring model that does this?

    Thank you!
