One user only, when he brings up the login screen, the server field and dropdown are blank. All other users have the server in place with no issue. How do I re-establish the path for this user on his login screen?

I have chanced upon the same issue as the above and needed to download the SQL native client driver. Are you able to point where to download for SQL Server 2014 and possibly including instructions? Thanks and appreciate your help.
Thanks for your replies. This user had been using GP just fine until today. The reply regarding the ODBC connection led me to the answer. The ODBC connection was there but it couldn't connect because it couldn't find the SQL native client driver. I downloaded and installed just the driver and now it works. Odd how it lost this, but at least it works now. Thanks again.
Hi Aaron,
It's all good. :-) Independent confirmation of an answer can't hurt.
Sorry Victoria,
We must have been posting at the same time.

It sounds like this user doesn't have an ODBC connection setup to connect to the GP data. Go to Administrative tools and verify that there is a connection setup in the System DSN tab. This will allow all users to access the gp data from that particular machine .
There is a KB article that shows how to do this:
mbs.microsoft.com/.../mdgp_howto_setup_odbc.htm
Download the word document and it should walk you through the process.
Regards,
Aaron
Is this on a 64-bit OS on a workstation (as opposed to a terminal server where multiple users are logging in)? If so, you must create a 32-bit ODBC for GP. mbs.microsoft.com/.../mdgp_howto_setup_odbc.htm
