Background: When you create a Business Process Flow (BPF), a table of the same name is created. In the past, you had to be sure to add the BPF tables to the solution (sometimes they were not automatically added) and you have to configure security roles for them.
Today I created a new BPF today (starting with the Lead entity) called "Enterprise Lead to Opportunity process" and there is no evidence in the Make UI that the table exists. I looked in the classic default solution editor and the table (entity) does not appear there either. I looked at the relations on the Lead entity and it shows that the "Enterprise Lead to Opportunity process" table exists. I opened FetchXML builder in XRMToolbox and the table does not appear to be visible in there either.
The reason we needed access to the underlying table was because there was a flaw in the BPF form; it does not show checkboxes. We found that if we open the default form created for the BPF entity (using OOTB form editor) and add a Yes/No field & checkbox control to the form, then we can get a checkbox to appear on Yes/No fields.
I just tried to create a Cloud Flow and it DOES permit me to select the "Enterprise Lead to Opportunity process" table in the Dataverse actions.
I have been working with this product since v3 was released, and have experience writing plugins, so I know my way around, but I am always open to suggestions, even the obvious ones I may have overlooked.
