Hi all

In the first step, I was thinking this is coming from the AI Form Assist, but deactivating it makes no different at all. Afterwards I check the setting of the columns: Option for filling out the form is everywhere deactivated. I also checked the security roles, can not see any problem there.

Did someone faced the same problem and can help with a solution?

Do you have any of the new Generative or Prompt columns in your environment? If so, have you tried removing them or checking to ensure all of the fields that it relies on contain data?

Otherwise, the error detail suggests that this is from a plugin called:

    Microsoft.Dynamics.AI.Plugins.CustomApis.PrettyPredict

Is that something that you or your team have deployed in the environment or created? The path for it suggests this is something custom that was added, so you will need to review some trace logs or verify the plugin to figure out why it is preventing the save.

That is also what I thought but this API has not been created by ourselves, it looks it comes directly through an update by Microsoft.

What I was thinking that there is a dependency on available Copilot Studio Credit or AI Builder Credits but since we do not want to use it, that would not be an option just to be credits.

When I try to deactive/delete the msdyn_prettypedict API entry, I start with the dependency first, but i can not delete them because of: You cannot complete this action for this component because of the configuration of its managed properties.

Anything I try to search for brings me back to this page.

It doesn't specify this exact plugin, but maybe it's related? It looks like there are some configuration options in Copilot Studio that maybe prompted the deployment of this plugin, and maybe it can be turned off or managed there?

    I did it :-)

There was some correlation with Copilot Studio but the cause was a different one: Someone created a column with data type: prompt (preview).

In case you do not connect the D365 with Copilot Studio and therefore you have no credits available it will always give you that error message.

Simply deleting the column fixed the problem. No need to do anything in Copilot Studio.
