Missing "Save to CRM" Option for AI-Generated Meeting Notes in Copilot for Sales

According to the Microsoft Learn documentation (link), there should be an option to save AI-generated meeting summaries directly to the CRM (Salesforce) from Microsoft Teams.

However, in my current Copilot for Sales, I do not see the "Save to CRM" option in the meeting summary pane.

My user is properly licensed, and I’ve completed the following setup steps related to this:

Is there anything else I need to configure or enable to get this feature working? Appreciate any insights or guidance.

    Here are a few additional reasons you might be missing the “Save to CRM” option in Microsoft Teams for Copilot-for-Sales meeting summaries:
     
    1. Admin Settings – Teams Copilot for Sales
    • Even though the feature is enabled by default, an admin must explicitly turn it on in the Copilot for Sales admin settings:
    • Go to Copilot for Sales admin settings → “Save to (CRM)”.
    • Under Save AI meeting notes from Teams to (CRM), verify the toggle is On.
    • Decide whether to save to appointment description (default) or to a specific CRM record and field (requires a Rich Text Area field in Salesforce). 
     
    2. Feature Availability & Region Support
    • This feature is included in the Wave 1 2025 release and is rolling out across global Azure regions. Confirm if your tenant’s region (e.g., India) is among the first wave rollout countries. 
    3. Meeting Requirements
    • The feature won’t appear under these circumstances: 
    • Recurring meetings or multi-series events
    • Meetings without recording or transcription
    • Short meetings (under ~5 minutes or lacking a transcript)
    4. App Version & User Context
    • Ensure users have Copilot-for-Sales version 1.0.9 or later in Teams. 
    • The user must be signed in to CRM in Teams. If they aren’t, the “Save to CRM” button is suppressed. 

    5. Salesforce-Specific Requirements
    • If you’re using Salesforce:
    • The field selected must support Rich Text—plain text won’t carry formatting. 
    • -for-Sales supports only Notes & Attachments out-of-the-box. Rich Text Areas are required to carry details properly.

    Hi - Thanks for the reply. Yes this toggle is enabled at Tenant-level (Admin control) and add the enablement screenshot along with the question.
