Hi,
We need to audit when the Portal user delete any record from subgrid.
We are capturing the portal audit in seperate entity, when the portal user creates the record/updates the record .similarly when he delete any record from the subgrid, we need to audit which portal user deleted the record.
Is there any way to achieve that.

Unfortunately, we could not monitor the delete actions in portal at user level, we could only know that the system deleted the record at what time like below sample.
You could raise an idea to Microsoft about your requirement.
