Hi,
How can i create a report which contains monthly trial balances (mainly income statement accounts)?

Hello Rishaf,
You can - for example - run the standard SSRS trial balance report that can be found in the GL module in AX.
An alternative is the trial balance online form that can also be found in the GL module section.
Finally, you have to option to create a Management Reporter trial balance report that you can run in predefined intervals with the help of report schedules in MR.

Given the importance and senior management visibility of such reports its advisable to get some formal training in MR 2 days is typically enough if you are already experienced in finance and excel.
There are some pre-defined report samples and there is a wizard to get started.

If you use hierarchical Total accounts then you can run an on line summary trial balance anytime.
