Can we limit records to 250 in Dynamics 365 Model Driven App Homepage Grid

Hi Guyz,
 
In Dynamics 365 CE / Sales, in Model Driven App, Can we limit records to 250 in Dynamics 365 Model Driven App Homepage Grid. I know the Personalization-> Settings ->
 
But it didn't work for Model Driven App Homepage like below. The grid still shows a lot of records and giving ability to select 1000. Although the above settings is 250. 
 
 
If there is any Supported settings, please let me know and share it with our community.

    My guess is that the entity view you are viewing here is using the new grid control view, which is designed to be infinitely scrolling regardless of the personal settings. Do you have a ribbon button on the top that says "Show As", with an option to switch back to the classic Read Only Grid?
     
    The system view control can be modified if desired, but it may be as simple for you as switching back for now.

    Thank you for replying. But the grid I have shown is the main table / homepage grid and its already read only grid therefore there is no such option I have. 
     
    When I do select All, CRM selects max 1000 rows.

    All right, one more check for you to see how your table view settings are configured. This assumes you are an admin and can get to the entity settings. 
     
    Disclaimer: As far as I know this still requires you to go through the classic solution editor to see what we are looking for. If anyone knows a way to do it through the Power Apps portal that would be great to know.
     
    •  Go to https://make.powerapps.com and make sure you are in your CRM environment in the top right corner
    • In the left menu, go to the "Solutions" menu option and then scroll all the way down to the Default Solution
     
    • Open the default solution, then in the top ribbon click on the ellipses (...) and choose "Switch to classic". This will open the old solution editor in a new window
     
    • In the classic solution editor, you will want to go into the left side tree navigation and expand entities > your table in question. I'm going to use the Account table for this example. Click on the name of the table/entity in the menu to get to the entity settings and definitions
    • Then click on the "Controls" tab along the top of this page. This menu shows the PCF Controls that are in use for your system views on this table. Often, this is where you can come to add in new controls such as maps, or to update settings on the system views. Items in this menu apply to all system views on the table for all users
     
    The two options you see on mine are the older Read Only Grid, and the new Power Apps grid control. You should be able to see what is the current default for users who access through the web. If it is set to the Power Apps grid control, you can either switch it back to the Read Only Grid or you can click on the Power Apps grid control and update the settings (they appear in the empty box below).
     
    You are looking for the option called "Enable Pagination", and you want to set it to "Yes".
     
     
    The above link goes to the Microsoft site and explains most of this as well (unfortunately I did not find that until after I added my screenshots and instructions, but it goes through basically the same thing). If you make the setting update, then publish the table, you should see the pagination return and go back to your personal settings choice.

    Hello,

    Yes, you can limit the number of records displayed in the Dynamics 365 Model Driven App Homepage Grid to 250. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings: Navigate to the Dynamics 365 settings.

    2. Personalization Settings: Under the Personalization section, find the option to change the number of records per page.

    3. Set the Limit: Change the setting to display 250 records per page.

    Thanks for your reply, I performed what you suggested and it work fine. However I use Power Apps Read-Only grid instead of editable one.
