Greetings,

Customer payment receipt function of report and analysis view is not available on my system. Please how do i make it available or is there another option to print receipt for customer payments on the system?

Hi, the standard method can only print the report below. If you need to print it into the layout you need, this will need to be customized.

Also, regarding the analysis view, you can use the analysis mode feature in Customer Ledger Entries.
